However there is one major difference.
1) Canelo or Cotto were middleweight champions who are campaigning at middle weight and GGG is/was their Mandatory.
For the record i also disagree with catchweights, so if Canelo and Cotto fight GGG it should be at middle weight, if GGG fights big Ward then it should be at Super middleweight.Comment

GBP just milking the time carefully, and with the WBC biased to Mexican culture, they're on the favor a Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) setting or Mexican Independence Day Weekend (September). A side realism and best PPV settings.
Kazakhstani Day in December.
Therefore, any mandate rules or pressure from other promoters have the publicity right and forcing GBP to make press statements about ANYTHING soon means a catchweight. It's all hogwash talk. Oscar and Bernard know they have industry pressure come their Lineal defense against Golovkin at 160.
Just a matter of time in 2016.Comment

In order to win a fight, you first have to be willing to step into the ring. So far, Bumlovkin has only shown a willingness to get into the ring with BUMs, STIFFs, TOMATO CANs, No Hopers and NEVER WEREs. Wake me when the Triple Duck fights someone with a pulse...Comment

Had Bumlovkin beaten Ward at 168lbs then I would have given him MAD props and proclaimed him the true P4P #1 fighter in the world. It's much too bad that instead of fighting Ward, Bumlovkin chose to be the P4P #1 DUCK in the world.
Quack...Comment
