Of course he has. Khan was whooping his @ss and with Mathysse he just got lucky. Herrera and Lamont worked Garcia over real good. Pacquiao would annihilate him. It would look like Pac vs Barrera except it would be easier

The words easy, definitely, and sometimes " would " do not really apply to boxing.

I would heavily favor Pac, because of style, but Pac will always offer Garcia a punchers chance..... just like Khan did.

Gotta like this post, conveniently leaves out all the opponents Pacquiao has dusted since then that were tough fights & losses on Cotto's resume that took place after Pac/Cotto. He made Margarito and Clottey look like doodoo and they are some of Cotto's best wins. (I won't count Mosley since he was wayyy past prime against Pac)

Bradley would also be one of the best wins on Cotto's resume, though people don't make a big deal that Pac beat him. This is the same Bradley that beat Alexander and Peterson back when they were undefeated plus outboxed Marquez and Vargas.

Its Pacs best win at welter.

He didnt beat Marquez in the third fight.

Garcia is just very limited and very average. He has his own approach to mounting an offense but that offense is just not impressive. Garcia is the definition of one dimensional. He is also dog slow and very uncoordinated. He is patient and can keep his cool. That is something you can't over look. I'll give him that.

There is some truth in that, although Garcia is better than you think.

Pac will give him opportunities, just as Khan did.

You wouldnt want to outbox this guy for 10 rounds and then lose focus.

                      I think it's pretty simple.

Danny gets 12 rounds to land that mammoth homerun hook. If he can -- he can win. If he doesn't, then Pacquiao wins via blowout on the cards.

Thing is Danny hasn't been landing that hook lately. Couldn't land the big one against Herrera. Couldn't land it against Lamont. Couldn't land it against Paula. Who's the last dude he landed it against? Salka? And Manny, since the Marquez KO, fights light years more carefully than he did prior to that. Hell Manny's defense has actually been pretty damn nice since the KO. The only real notable shot that he has taken since then was when Bradley buckled him.

Danny's always going to be a real risk, and has a real puncher's chance against anybody in & around the weight class because of that hook (that hook is a monster weapon), but odds are Manny gets in and out quickly like he did Rios and busts Danny up for 12 rounds en route to a lopsided UD.

Intriguing fight though. I hope they make it.
