Former champion, manager and promoter Barry McGuigan would much rather see Amir Khan take on his former sparring mate Manny Pacquiao - because he feels its a much better fight in terms of styles and excitement than a potential fight between Khan and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Khan was hoping to get his hands on Mayweather on September 12th. Mayweather instead selected Andre Berto as the Showtime Pay-Per-View opponent.

Mayweather won a twelve round unanimous decision over Pacquiao on May 2nd in a mega-fight that lacked fireworks.

Khan could of had this fight years ago but he wasn't hungry enough to seize his opportunity. All he did was dance around the top guys instead of going after the best fighters in the division.

Its literally one of the best fights that can be made. Will be such an explosive encounter. Khan will get knocked out almost certainly, but it will be exciting as hell while it lasts.

This site is just full of fcuking losers. I'd seriously be surprised if more than 60% of this forum actually regularly watch the fights.
