Yes he said that because he is going to fight in the order than he wants to fight them...

Canelo then GGG. When did he say he won't fight GGG at all?

Cotto will never fight GGG because he knows he would get his butt kicked. Cotto will vacate the middle weight rather than fight GGG and will come up with some flimsy exceuse, even though the money would be huge. Canelo may fight GGG. Canelo is actually the heavier fighter. Canelo walks around at about 172 and GGG at about 168. So it could happen if Oscar De LaHoya and Bernard Hopkins decide to let Canelo go for it. That would be a huge payday for both fighters and the world will get to see just how good GGG is.

          This is more realistic imo.

Just because Loeffler, WBC, anyone else say "it must happen" doesn't mean it will.

Don't know where ppl here are convinced that Canelo will face triple G. He only talks about him when ask and says that somewhere down the line( and a very far line) he would face him. But Canelo does say that he is at his weight class of 154 even though he has been struggling

Damn those are ALOT of welterweights that CaneLol fought at superwelterweight... what was CaneLol's fight night weight again?
My post specifically states from Trout up until now for both fighters. Before Trout, Canelo was hype. Ironically, Cotto has been hype since he faced Trout.

If the winner of Cotto/Canelo won't fight GGG next, then GGG will take the belt.GGG won't get the money or fame he would by stomping either one of these guys but GGG can't wait forever while these guys keep ducking him. Cotto is a jam tart. Canelo might fight GGG. Let's see what happens. Real boxing fans know that GGG is a notch above both of these guys.

If Cotto beats Canelo, I can see him offering Golovkin big money to make it for 155lbs for #GolovkinCotto. However IMO if Golovkin refuses to go below 160lbs then Cotto will vacate.
If the money if big enough then GGG will fight Cotto at 155. GGG will easily win either way.

Nothing Cotto, Canelo or Lemieux can do about it. GGG is just another level on these guys.
One hundred percent right on with that. GGG is definitely a notch above them all. Cotto knows it and Oscar De LaHoya and Bernard Hopkins both know it too. So I wonder if Oscar will let Canelo fight GGG, even though he is the mandatory. GGG will make 155 easier than Canelo if that is what they want because GGG is the naturally lighter man.

You could be right. I can see both Cotto and Mayweather sidestepping GGG. The one man who would school them both.
