Cotto said so himself, no network, sanctioning body can make him face GGG. The article ran here on bscene earlier this year.

Nothing Cotto, Canelo or Lemieux can do about it. GGG is just another level on these guys.
Only reason I'd disagree is, GGG is in fact hittable. And Lemieux and Canelo have some serious pop, and (especially with Canelo) accuracy, just like GGG. Like Tyson used to love to say except in reverse, GGG with all the marbles isn't a foregone conclusion, IMO. Quite likely, but not a definite.

Ha ha, yeah I guess I'm of the belief too that Cotto will definitely retire after Canelo annihilates him. And then geez, Canelo vs GGG? Holy moly. Now we're talkin'.

Cotto will beat Canelo and GGG at 155. Unleash the beast out the cage. Let's go King Cotto. Haters in 3,2,1......

That unlikely fight (Cotto - GGG) would be at 160 and the only way Cotto can win is depicted in that smiley of yours.

If its true, my take is:

              Canelo UD Cotto
GGG KO Lemieux in the first 6

GGG late KOes Canelo or decisions him, depending on the game plan of the mexican.

              Cotto GGG not happening

I agree completely. Cotto and Canelo may vacate rather than fight GGG but we will all know it is because they don't believe they can beat GGG. GGG is on another level to all of them. GGG will have all the belts and you can say whatever you want. GGG will own the middleweight division..

Cotto will never fight GGG because he knows he would get his butt kicked. Cotto will vacate the middle weight rather than fight GGG and will come up with some flimsy exceuse, even though the money would be huge. Canelo may fight GGG. Canelo is actually the heavier fighter. Canelo walks around at about 172 and GGG at about 168. So it could happen if Oscar De LaHoya and Bernard Hopkins decide to let Canelo go for it. That would be a huge payday for both fighters and the world will get to see just how good GGG is.

Cotto fans dont acknowledge that he couldve/shouldve been fightn better guys with higher ratings, you guys have been tricked. Just a heads up, you guys might wanna think about suing Cotto for that afterwards.
