Rigondeaux by far to me. Donaire was top 5 pound for pound, had a size advantage and was an exceptional athlete.

This also Froch had also lost previously to a faded one eyed Kessler coming off a bad beating from Ward, along with getting a disgraceful gift against Dirrell.

      Donaire hadn't lost in years.

          Ward by far.

Donaire was overrated. In his fights against Navarez, Vazquez, Mathebula - Donaire looked like a limited head hunter. He had no setup to his power shots, just tried to walk them down while loading up his shot. It's why Vazquez came back from a near stoppage and gave him hell and why little Navarez was able to stink out the joint against him.

In Rigo's only other high-level fight vs Cordoba, he had real challenge on his hands.

Froch was more than just KO puncher with a size advantage by beating Pascal and coming back against Taylor, completely outboxing Abraham when he was still dangerous, even showed his metal in close fights with Kessler & Dirrell.

              Donaire.

Donaire is a former BWAA FOTY and won 6 world titles through 4 weight classes, as well as a lineal title at 122lbs.

Why do you need to compare the two? both were great wins in their own dimension, this **** is what makes some of you guys not appreciate the fighters any more, or the fights.

Ward, easily. Froch is simply a better fighter than Donaire, may not have the physical attributes but he does a lot more given those limitations, he's actually more well rounded.

Froch was still a decent fighter. Nonito was proven to be a bum, He beat nobodies for his achievements and he beat Champions who were over the hill.

Ward had the better win. Rigo's win was still a great win.
