According to manager Frank Espinoza, his client, lightweight Diego Magdaleno, is signed, sealed and delivered for his second opportunity at a major world title in the fall.

Not seeing any ballyhoo for this guy, he isn't getting raved about by the usual UK crowd. Good, make him earn it. In this case it will make him better.
