If Oscar is in good with Arum, he should put Ward vs. Gilberto Ramirez @ 168, on the undercard. I'd gladly pay $70 to see Cotto vs. Alvarez and Ward vs. Ramirez!

No thanks. I prefer to see some Mexican vs Puerto Rican prospects undercard to get us ready for the main event.

RN would want to display Ward, as he doesn't have anywhere else to go...
... Let's be fair: Who (from the top dogs) wants to fight Ward?

kovalev on PPv in 2016. both teams are talking, and seem very optimistic abotu the fight happenning.

i can provide a link if you'd like.

i just hope that it is at 175 lbs, which it should be.

How insulting that the promoters would even propose that Andre Ward fight on the undercard? If anything, it should be Cotto-Canelo fighting on the undercard of a Ward headlining bill.

True, but its the way boxing is. You've got a guy that was washed up 3yrs ago. Fight a guy that was too green three fights ago. And now they're fighting in a supposed megafight. Ironically, many of the same people who proclaimed these guys washed up and too green are yhe ones most excited about the match-up.

Ward is going to get booed if he fights like his usual self. He will lose fans instead of gaining. He needs to fight like he fought a drained Dawson.
