The BIG difference is that Manny turned down an offer to fight because he was "scared of needles," and he rejected a 14-day cutoff, because he needed a "24-day cutoff" from random blood testing. Not to mention Arum said he needed an "outdoor stadium," and that Manny's "cuts weren't healed." Other than those trivial bits of history, Khan does sound like Mayweather.

When did Khan say this? Because we've known Brook was going to fight Chavez or Rios (fell through) for a while, and I've heard the fight between Kell and Amir wouldn't be big enough til next year (from Amir) so between all of this, when did he have time to actually accept a fight?
