That can help back pain. I've used it myself in the past and it's temporarily soothing. Salt water therapy does work on some conditions. Even internally - if you think about it, what's the first thing they give you when you go to hospital with some sort of serious injury? It's a saline drip - a salt water drip! !

Let's be clear here, Pacquiao is not even saying he did any kind of salt water therapy, he's simply stating he swam in the ocean and that it must have been the salt water that cured him...and prayer.
