you guys can never understand what pac is saying.. only filipinos who actually grew up in the philippines will... filipinos are very religious and superstitious.. this is actually a common saying here in the PI that salt water heal wounds etc.. specially to those people who lacks money and education those people who believes in quack doctors faith healers..there is a common practice here after being circumcised elders will tell you to go swim on the beach so the wound will heal quickly which is ****** lol.. it is sad that in this time that a lot of people here still believes in that crap but hey we live in a third world country and pac grew up believing in those saying and still carries it till now.. also a common practice after blood letting people drink 1 beer and eat a balut so you can regain your energy.. funny and very ******.. im just giving you guys a different perspective..
