At this point (i.e. the end) of his career Floyd should only fight as welter imo.

No need to hyperventilate MANG ! SRR was probably the greatest ever and he as a WW fought at MW , what we have here is in between WW and MW which won't be a problem so there is no problem at all except YALL in the chicken gang don't want it ????????? TBE don't want it????? That chicken**** is really smelling bad now MANG !!! Nobody is saying go to 160-180 all we are saying is defend the title you own against a willing prime elite. You Know the chicken will do his best at running and I know it but what we have here is the best chicken vs the best chicken chaser. At least we know there will be a whole lot of chasing going on til the chicken gets on the ropes then the pig squealing will start and the chicken will do the nice chicken dance like he did in the video mocking that kid that was hurt. The nice chicken will the do the flounder dance flopping on the nice floor while he does the nice pig squeal.
Don't you want to see that?

Ward can't go down to 154 and challenge for Floyd's multiple belts. He wanted Floyd at 160.

Why not down? Floyd always says, dropping in weight is harder that going up. He should start by taking those WBA+WBC off that SWW paper champ Floyd

All those would be ok if the bigger guy would drop down in weight and challenge the champ for his belt, nevermind lineal/unified champ. But I'd hope Floyd is better than Abril, though you might disagree
