Abel Sanchez, trainer of WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin, expects Floyd Mayweather Jr. to continue his career beyond the upcoming return date of September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mayweather will return against Andre Berto and says the upcoming defense will be the final fight of his 19 year career.

Mayweather will fight after Berto, but it will be vs Khan, Cotto, Brook, etc. Not GGG.

this guy and GGG fans are delusional fcuks

they'll always come up with a new guy to beat that will surely "beat Mayweather"

butthurts can't stand the fact Pacquiao lost so badly.

Lots to like about Golovkin. But Abel Sanchez needs to stop trash talking.

Time and a place, you've built your good grace, focus on your next opponent.

I'm not a particular fan of golovkin.......but GGG would hurt floyd and knock him out by 9 rounds.....its that simple....has nothing to do with pacquaio lol.....its about golovkin walking right through him because he has physical advantages that pacquaio don't have

Well, the fight is never going to happen, so why bother predicting the outcome (and I am a huge GGG fan).

This would be an awesome fight but there's 2 things that effect both fighters. Can GGG get down to 154 without being impacted physically? When was the last time he fought at this weight? Secondly, will Floyd be willing to fight at 154 against someone that could really hurt him. It could possibly be a bigger seller than pacman, so financially Mayweather could be tempted. Would give him huge respect if he took on this challenge but I doubt he would risk it.

Both great fighters, but they shouldn´t fight each other. The difference in size is just too big, it would be more like a circus act than an actual boxing match.

GGG should move up in weight at least once. Fight Ward!
