I get really tired of hearing MMA dudes talk about stomping out boxers in their arena and calling out big name boxers yet I never hear of any big name MMA stars willing to come fight in a pure boxing match against the best in boxing. Roy Jones-Anderson Silva was the closest one to never happen and Kimbo Slice doesn't count. I have nothing against MMA, but I do find it ironic that for a sport supposedly big as it is, their biggest stars still seemingly need to tie themselves to the biggest names in a "dying sport" to get adequate press. It may be an exaggeration, but I don't follow MMA and I learn about more guys in that sport because they utter Mayweather's name then I do based of any merit they may have.

They never challenge Floyd to a boxing match though. It's always MMA or no rules... They acknowledge it's a sport then say "Well, if it wasn't for the rules you know I'd win." Well then WTF is so special about beating him? Last I checked Floyd said he's the best boxer in the world, not MMA or street fighting.
