You assume that, but you don't know that. For example, how did Mark Hunt avoid tapping from Fedor Emelianenko's armbar (in their 12/31/06 match)? Armbar is not foolproof - some fighters can and have successfully defend against it.

No proof is needed because it's already been proved in early UFCS. When PRO boxers got in the right with grapplers they ALWAYS LOST, no exceptions. Usually they were choked out.

Boxing is a SPORT, MMA is a higher fighting ART, and REAL FIGHT with more realistic rules to engagement meaning little to no rules that's why champions often lose as you can't predict alot of what someone may throw at you UNLESS you train in SEVERAL martial arts

MMA is not "ruleless" fighting, it's a combat sport, with rules, just like boxing. For a 140lb girl to say she could beat anybody alive in a ruleless fight is just ridiculous.
