if he beats andre ward it's going to be tough to claim taht anybody is a better p4p fighter. floyd is at the end of his career, and not in a great division. kovalev is in his prime, and would be fighting ward, a top p4p himself.

Why is it not normal for people to bring that up when the whole world saw the pic? Everybody and their momma talk about Mayweather's domestic violence case although nobody saw him hit a woman?

I don't hate Kovalev cuz of what he did, he doesn't know a damn thing about the racial issues in America and what he said is a normal joke in russia cuz they seldom see or come in contact with blacks, but that being brought up and people being offended by it is absolutely understandable, and no it doesn't affect his P4P status, he's a damn good fighter nonetheless.

i believe kovalev has a chance to be fighter of this decade if he continues to fight and win. i strongly believe this. exciting fighter with very strong power and a strong and growing resume.

I have brought it up before and agree that it is racist. I actually don't buy the excuse about him not being educated or not coming in contact with blacks. He has a black trainer and has lived in America long enough to know what's what. What he did was a blatant racial slur against Stevenson because he got butthurt about something Adonis said to him on Twatter. The guy is a proper piece of ****.
