Lennox is a zillion times greater than Mayweather.

Floyd is an incredible talent but the majority of a career was a "I betcha cant beat me!" gimmick. How many classic fights was Floyd involved in? Dude never gave a **** about the fans or giving them a good show, and they are going to return the favor in the future.

Lennox Lewis is the ****ing man! Go Youtube his fight with Frank Bruno next time youre bored.

That's why what heavyweights do is the best.
Being a heavyweight worked in Lewis' favor cuz he was bigger than almost all his opponents, Floyd was outweighed in almost 80% of his fights and he beat 23 world champions in 25 championship fights with messed up hands most of the time, that's facing adversity which defines greatness. This is y there r P4P rankings, Mayweather has been the best P4P fighter in the world for like10 years of his career and among the top 5 for like 17 years, was Lewis or any heavyweight for that matter even come close to that?

If the fight with Wlad would've materialized, Stewart would be in Lennox's corner. Wlad without Stewart will have only a punchers chance against Lennox. Something like 80/20 Lennox winning.

I would argue that was BEFORE Vitaliy's prime. The fight with Lewis gave Vitaliy a great boost of confidence. After that he became that destructive force. Of course, he obliterated ppl before that, but not the same level of opposition.

Mayweather avoided a lot of fights that were bigger and were perceived as more dangerous than he actually fought. He didn't fight prime Tszyu (could've been potentially made). He avoided Margarito when he was riding high with confidence. He avoided Paul Williams. Obviously the fight with Manny was made too late. The fight with Hatton was also more interesting while Mayweather was at 140. I still think he wins, but it would've been more competitive. If he'd skip absolutely unnecessary fights with Brusseles and Gatti, other good fights were possible.

Lennox was by far way more entertaining than Floyd. He came to fight at least. The only blemish on Lennox's record is not giving Vitali the rematch he deserved. I think Lennox thought Vitali would be too much to handle a second time.

No comparison of a heavyweight champion who fought everybody and who has beaten every fighter he's ever faced , and a cherry picking boring lightweight vulture who feeds on dead carcasses of once great fighters and has to have score cards cooked against average fighters like JL Castillo
