Although I do believe he could have, I have also have to mention the facts. Tito pre-wrap scandal was a huge puncher, after the wrap incident, he his power was nowhere to be found. That's the same thing that happened to margarito. Once these guys got caught, they were not the same. Post wrap scandal Tito probably edges canelo in a close fight cause he was well conditioned.

No one has KO B-Hop, including Kovalev at 175 and B-Hop with almost 50 years old. When Trinidad faced B-Hop he was 36 years old, undefited for the last years and with 20 MW defenses. Trinidad only made 4 fights at 160, he went 2-2 with 2KO's, Then he fought Jones Jr at 175. Your argument doesn't have any sense.
