Good chin yes. However I think it was more defensive skill more than chin. Tito could have kolor both Hopkins and wright. However those two were smart. They prioritized defense. That is not get caught with his nasty left hook. Look at those two fight. They both kept their hands up In front of his heads at all times during their fights with tito. Had they dropped their guard they would ended up like joppy. Those guys were also bigger. Making themHarder to over power. Point is they both fought an excellent defensive fight against tito.
Jones was just way to big for Tito. But that's what everyone wanted back then. And Tito to his credit called him out and fought him. It's like floyd fighting ggg in size disparity.
All three of those fights are all losses for trinidad but in no way take from his greatness. That dude fought literally everybody whipped most with an ubsurd knockout ratio. His retirement was tragic for boxing but it was well deserved and warranted.Comment

Two wounds later dead silence after the 3rd degree whiplash Trinidad laid on the poor boy. It was the same at the house party I was at. I'm in northern cali. I was only Puerto Rican in a house full of mexicans. Ears bled when Trinidad got dropped the quiet disbelief a couple rounds later. Trinidad gained many Mexicans fans that fight. All my friends were converted after that fight.Comment
