So what level do guys normally fight after they lose?

This guy even inactive is better than most in that group.

As for it being for an alphabet title, who cares there have been tons of undeserving guys that get a shot at a strap. That is what happens when there are a ton of belts (some organizations with multiple) and guys don't get ranked if they hold a title in another organization.

That really doesn't impact what the fight will be, or make the winner any better. At least it shouldn't if you have a good understanding of the fighters in and around the weight class.

it's like I said, he's been too inactive. I'm not sure if you're dis*****g my statement, but to try to paint this as a good fight just wouldn't be true.

Inactivity does not always make a guy bad, and being a good opponent doesn't make it a good fight.

The fight will stand on how the fighters actually perform in the ring which unless you have a crystal ball or a Dolorian you don't know. It can be a good fight or it could suck.

The winner could use the fight to spring into bigger and better things. That is usually the sign of a decently meaningful fight.

Better then May- Berto, or Thurman- Collazo or Garcia- Malignagi. Honestly I think Khabib might get the upset if Broner doesn't take it serious. I thought he beat Vargas myself.

I wouldn't say Broner is any sort of sure thing against anyone decent at this point. Khabib might be good enough or he may not, but those sort of open questions do show the fight is not a foregone conclusion.

                    Which is at least decent

Yeah, but where has that been confirmed?

I don't think he is tbh, at least not until late 2016.
