He beat Joan Guzman and had a questionable loss against Jesse Vargas. He is a good fighter. Broner better come prepared.

19-1 with 9 knockouts, Southpaw who lost a close decision to Jessie Vargas. Should be a straight forward win for Broner though. This shows exactly how world titles are gifted to some fighters. That will be his third whereas Matthysse has beaten 6 world champs and is only getting his second shot at one.

Is it going to be for a vacant title or the next fight will be for a vacant title? I assume Garcia is moving up officially or already did so Garcia vs Broner isn't happening.

It would be an okay fight (not as a title fight) if Khabib actually had a fight since his Vargas loss from back in April 2014, but he's been too inactive.
