          I doubt Ruiz could make any weight below 175 and be strong and athletic. He wasn't that fat at 240+. That said he still probably would have a bit of butter at 200.

                    He is basically a supermiddleweight that is buried in tons of fat. They need to excavate him. He's in there somewhere.
