Paulie legs aren't what they used to be, he was boxing fairly well at the beginning of the fight but the movement wore down pretty quickly. He reminded me of Winky Wright in the Paul Williams fight with the way he was moving about mid-way through the fight. It was as if his legs were just that half-step slower than they once were. Not as bad as Martinez in the Cotto fight but definitely legs on the decline.
But, have to give some credit to Garcia for throwing those body shots consistently, it's probable that played a significant part in Paulie slowing down and getting caught with more damaging shots.
