For September its obviously not going to happen but you have to read what's said entirely, the title of this story is what is being more read into which is misleading.

Most think he wont retire on 49-0, some say Joe Calzaghe went out on a soft note and imo yes perhaps because he fought the faded version of Roy Jones Jr but finishing your career with what was renowned at one point as the gatekeeper to getting a Floyd Mayweather fight?

if he has fight number #50, it most likely will be Garcia

also, didn't he just leave Haymon? you REALLY think that will get him a Floyd fight?

                Im pretty sure he is.

At least for me, Khan doesnt seem to be after the money. Yeah im sure itll be nice but it seems he just legitimately wants to fight the best. And i know he probably doesnt stand that much of a chance and needs to step up the comp again but for this i cant hate on him for it.

I would love Khan to get his dream fight just to see what he can.

Well we did eventually get the Pacquiao fight and not many people would have ever thought we'd have had that coming if we told them a few years back.

Certainly is a realistic move, best bet for Khan would be beating someone in the top 5 to have more reason for it but I think reasoning is out of the question when a match up with the best fighter in the world is fighting Andre Berto.
