i was responding to a post that mentioned pac man...the fight did not happen due to pac rejecting drug test. the same pac fans complaining about this fight bought pac algerie and made excuses saying algirie had a jab lol. im a boxing fan and i was a huge pac fan before he pulled what he pulled after the floyd fight. if u want to talk about obsession deal with the multiple threads created daily about floyd by people who supposedly hate him.

Agreed, similar to how he finally manned up to fight ODLH after B-hop beat him then he finally decided he'd fight Shane Mosley once he wasn't anywhere near his prime same thing with Pacquiao.
Don't get me wrong Floyd isn't at his best anymore now but its totally beside the point, who's fault is that honestly?

When you look at the WW division and look at how many similar fighters there is in that division you begin to wonder why it is dubbed the most talented division of boxing, I think the right phrase would be is that it has the most hyped up big names of boxing not the best talent.

At least Pacquiao didn't fake a shoulder injury like Mayweather did against Castillo...

Floyd couldn't even keep his story straight about which shoulder he injured and the media gave him a pass (shocker)...

Accepted the terms about 2-3 years later. Don't gloss over that point, sir. If he would have accepted it initially it wouldn't have been an issue.

              Let's just face it..Floyd doesn't ever fight the biggest threat..he hasn't since Corrales/Castillo...

You can point to a Floyd opponent and I can give you another reasonable option ... even Manny...Triple G would have been a bigger challenge... but we give a Floyd a pass on that one... I just can't imagine anyone taking Floyd seriously as the TBE when he stopped fighting the biggest challenges over a decade ago..

this is always my only point when dealing with this issue, yes floyd is full of it alot of times and contradicts himself but that point is one pac fanatics seem to never accept. thing is, if they accept it then it trumps everything they are saying.

maybe hes not TBE but if pac man accepted those test as he later did for some strange reason..... the fight would have happend, even freddie roach said this.

who is fighting the biggest threats right now at 147? who has beat more champions at 147 than floyd? who has a better WW resume than him right now? a serious question.

We're still at the same place we were about 10 minutes ago. If Pacquiao would have initially agreed to drug testing none of what you just said would be getting discussed.

Floyd and Pacquiaos camp agreed to everything except drug testing. Pacquaio had an issue with it and decided to fight Clottey for a lot less money. They eventually fought and Mayweather beat him convincingly. Accept it and move on. I don't know why this keeps being brought up. Its over.

Also, Floyd may or may not be TBE but he's certainly better than Pacquiao is, who is an ATG in his own right.

Just sore LOSERS, lol. but he hurt is shoulder while preparing for oscar delahoya, then it was he hurt it during camp while sparring, then he hurt it durning the 4th round. When asked about it immediately following the fight he said "Floyd wouldnt stand still". Filled out a form before the fight that said he was ok, roach/arum said he was 100% before the fight started. Had a meeting with roach and arum and it became his shoulder. lol
