Hernan "Tyson" Marquez. The epitome of a shot, young fighter. He was over the hill at 25

Juan Diaz hasn't done much since about age 24.
Mike Tyson went downhill after 23.
Kelly Pavlik got executed by the alien at 26.

off the top of my head.

              David Reid.

              Gold medalist.
Grabbed a strap in his 10th fight before getting Tito in a unification. Detached retina and decisive loss, he was irrelevant in a year or so.

Mike Jones is the perfect example. It's crazy how both the rapper and boxer just needed one hit to call it a day.
