Floyd could always fight GGG at 154 and that could end his run of cans.
And yeah, I'm actually going to the GGG fight and not ordering the farce that is Berto-Mayweather so I guess I'm a major sucker.
Yes, that makes you a HUGE sucker. Im sure you know floyd so your opinion of him, really matters lol. And ggg could've fought Ward at the same weight he offered Chavez Jr and Froch, but he knows idiots will continue to watch him fight cans. Yep youre a sucker for going to watch that crap. And Floyd would've beat him at 154 and ladies like yourself would've never given him credit. I rather watch skill, TBE.

He and Manny have beaten 19 different world champions.

If you count rematches Manny has 22, Floyd has 21.

You may have claim to this little false stat if Floyd beats Berto but as of now, you don't.

I'm not complaining about Mayweather-Berto because I don't care. I am completely tired of Mayweather and do not care whom he fights or when he fights. I've seen enough of him to know that whomever he fights, it will not be an action fight.

Golovkin-Lemieux is far more intriguing of a fight because they are both punchers who can each hurt and KO their opponent. Mayweather doesn't KO anyone and I don't think he can and he won't KO Berto. It will be another boring decision.

People say Golovkin is far superior to Lemieux and the fight is a mismatch but I think that is an unknown. I don't think Golovkin has faced anyone with the fearsome power of Lemieux and there is the unknown factor about this fight, in my mind.

There is no unknown factor in the Mayweather fight. He will do what he always does. move around, throw light jabs and soft punches. He won't hurt his opponent but the commentators and the sports industry will declare it another dominant win.

Berto been in there with some lions, and few pitbulls...who has DL been in with?...Berto has taken more punishment and has more L's because he's faced better opposition....so if fighting a easier schedule makes a fighter better then so be it

Berto was better than Lemieux, but I'm not so sure anymore. Dude's been through a lot and is pretty far gone now. Whatever people think of prime Berto, he would not have looked like he did against Josesito Lopez, I don't think.

It's not Murray or Monroe he's exchanging with, it's a guy with an 86% KO ratio who while a less accomplished boxer may well hit as hard if not harder than him and GGG gets hit in fights.
He did beat Rubio who took Lemieux out on his feet. But, not the one for triangle theories though.

Because Mayweather just fought his top challenger in Pacquiao has absolutely nothing what so ever to do with Mayweather vs Berto being a garbage fight and a total mismatch. Berto is rated by Boxrec as the 21st best welterweight in the world. Don't you think the self claimed TBE should at least be fighting one of the world's 10 best welterweights???? I'll guess Mayweather is about a 40 to 1 betting favorite. Lemieux vs GGG is a unification fight between the two best, hardest hitting most exciting middleweight champions in the world. If you don't think it's a good fight I suggest you give up on boxing and follow another sport you understand and enjoy.

Honestly this isn't true. Being more known doesn't make you better and that goes for Berto and the opposition. He has faced.

Prime for prime both guys are on the same level both Lemiuex is obviously better than Berto today.

Do you think Chavez Jr. Froch and Ward are all equally good fighters? Did it ever occur to you That GGG was willing to spot Chavez and Froch the full 8 pounds but would only spot Ward 4 pounds because he knows Ward is by far the best 168 pounder in the world and much better than Froch or Chavez Jr.? Please explain why the best middleweight in the world, GGG has to give up 8 pounds to fight Ward who is the best 168 pounder in the world. Yet Ward flatly refuses to give up 7 pounds to fight Kovalev who is the best 175 pounder in the world and you have no problem with Ward not fighting Kovalev. BIG TIME DOUBLE STANDARD!!!!!!

Fighters don't have to stay at one level their whole career. They can improve a great deal. I think Lemieux has improved very much and would slaughter Rubio if they fought now. Lemieux earned a world title belt fair and square. I think he could beat any other middleweight today except GGG. At least Lemieux has the balls to get in the ring with GGG and that's more than the other pretend middleweight champs are willing to do.
