This would be a big crossroads fight for Broner. He could conceivably stay relevant if he fought the best fight of his career and pulled out a win or close loss. On the other hand, I could see Provo absolutely breaking him. In that case, he pretty much is done at the top.

Ruslan lost to Matthysse but what does that matter?

I think if there is one guy who Danny cannot handle as a come forward fighter, it is Provo. Garcia is a better overall fighter, but Provo is the one guy I think could trade with Danny and make Danny fold. The question is if Danny can fight a smart boxing match against Provo. It would be interesting to see.

It's a good fight but Broner doesn't handle pressure well, or heavy handed fighters..

Broner really needs to let his hands go in this fight.. He should be able to land at will vs Ruslan if he lets his hands go...

Not sure Broner has the footwork, jab or workrate to pull it off and even if so he won't be the same again afterwards. Boy will he ship some punishment in this one.

Broner hits the canvas at least once. He could easily get outworked to a decision too.

That's the thing, for everything that Prov does that can hurt a guy who fights like Broner, I don't think he can outwork him. Yes Broner is lazy but Prov can be even worse at times and really slows down in he latter rounds, which Broner can pick up by simply pot shotting. Having said that, Prov has the power and will to stop Broner.
