Obviously he's taking pictures there on a Sunday when everyone is off work. He know he squatting in that building when the contractors aren't there at night during the weekdays. Everyone knows you gotta fake it til you make it sometimes, but the lesser known story is sometimes you gotta fake it to get it back.
