You think Haymon's going have them to travel to the UK to fight off PBC?

Chaves is a more proven welter than Garcia anyway, he showed he could hang with Bradley & Rios and took 4+ rounds off Thurman. All Garcia has done is labour to a TKO win over an old inactive Malignaggi.

Don't like the fight, think Brook cruises to a very easy win.

The dude has fought some decent people but not beaten any of them, the Bradley draw was undeserved.. although it's an ok fight for a shortish notice.

Haymon is not going to send either of them to the UK.

As for "cherry picking", this will end up being a mandatory fight. Sadam Ali and Chaves are the next two in line in the IBF rankings and Ali looks like he's fighting Bradley.

As a vocal and noteworthy Kell Brook fan, are you happy with Kell Brook's choice of opponent in Diego Chaves?

I'm fine with it and I don't see it as a "choice" so much, he would have to fulfil a mandatory obligation as IBF Champion. What would you have preferred?

He wasn't "on" something, that's for sure.

Porter got handled like a little child in there.

I thought Jo Jo Dan and Frankie Gavin fulfilled his mandatory fights? And he took those fights on so he could have a voluntary defense against a big name?

Well i think Thurman as he requested would be a good fight, but if it was between Chavez and Alexander, he should of picked Alexander, it would do much more for his career than beating Chavez.

This is a quality fight... Chaves is rough match up for anyone with a good chance to upset.... Make it happen.
