Think this through, people. If Spence were to get a fight with Keith Thurman, that would mean he was jumped to the front of the line to get a better fight than Thurman himself has ever been able to land, and Spence would get that fight without fighting literally ANYONE worth a damn. He has fought no one, and he could be jumped into a fight with a top 5 WW.

I would hope fans could understand why Thurman would be so pissed at such a suggestion. He's still trying to land a top 5 WW. Why should someone who has literally fought no one get to fight him?

Spence needs to fight a few fellow prospects and then a chris algeiri and a chaves. 4 to 5 fights before you can call out thurman. Then spence has ro fight maybe 2 more fights until he gets that shot. Maybe vs brook and broner. Then there is a thurman showdown. A porter showdown.

There's nothing to think through. Thurman hasn't done much with his career. He'll will earn the right to act with incredulity when he's not fighting Collazo or struggling against Guerrero.

He's earned a top fight a hell of a lot more than Spence has, yet Spence getting a Thurman fight would be a better fight than Thurman has landed. That's wrong.
