        And then continuing to fight
Okay. From now on, I will praise people for overcoming cancer.

And criticize people that die from it.

Dumb comment by Nes, dude might get cancer or someone he loves now saying ****** **** like that. Its not even Brandon Jacobs bringing the survival thing up its Haymon and the show producers.

Plus if you ever known someone or have been sick, its something that you will always speak on, to motivate others who are dying or going through it as well. Nes is a straight up dumb ass for that wave comment.

Seriously, Danny Jacobs has never been one to pity himself, but his story is very inspiring and that lack of self pity and fighting spirit is what gave him strength to walk again.

I like Nes, but he can be super dense or just ****ing dumb with some of the questions he asks. Could have easily worded this question in a better way. "Do you think some of your accomplishments out of the ring have helped your popularity in the ring?". Or something like that. Riding the cancer wave, what the **** lol.

Respect to Jacobs for overcoming cancer.

I think PBC more than Jacobs is hyping the cancer angle. Honestly though why not. Any fighters lowering their value to not hype up the **** that makes them different, better or distances them in some way from the other 19,000 pro boxers in the game.

Nes did nothing wrong in this video.

I didn't watch the video they were talking about so I don't know if he was really dissing him but I doubt it cuz Nes knew alot of Jacobs history. If you're a champion than people are gonna expect you to fight top competition regardless of what condition you have.

Unrelated, does Jacobs look like the green goblin to anyone else?

What really matters is whether he can produce the goods, and the guy clearly can't. He's a distinctly average boxer with a little bit of athletic ability and seemingly has a poor chin. Pretty boring to watch, too.

his cancer story is pretty much the only reason he was placed in the position he is in.

So yeah of course he riding it, but that gets old quick and alot of people are tired of hearing that shit already.

Up until last night, I just considered him to be a good story and expected nothing of him. But after how he acted last night, he needs to show and prove.
Im torn on post interview. Yes he came off bad but at same time i dont wanna see mora rematch. The kid is a "champion" now and, like he said, no need to look back, only forward.

Sucks for mora cause it was becoming good fight but such is life. Hes just not the "rematch type".

Hope to see him again. He at least earned that.
