you know....People talk the talk. Anybody see the Roussy fight? Beth sure had no compunction about talking up a storm. Usually the underdog does not win its what makes Vegas rich....

But then we have things that happen. Buster Douglas, the wins Ali had over Liston and Foreman.

I think Fury can do it, but he has to take risks....and unless you are Ali and Fury is no Ali, the trash talk just serves to make the fighter more risk adverse. Fury should shut up and let his fists do the talking....His first order of business should be simple. To punch Vlad in the mouth really hard. Fury understands this. To Fury boxing is all about mentality and the real desire to fight...he does not get hung up on the details, but his corner does and they have made sure Fury has skills to pay the bills.

If Fury shuts it, uses his skills, and exposes Klitschkos foibles, keeps his feet moving under him and hits klitschko really hard he will be in the right direction. I would have no problem eating humble pie if Fury loses....If Vlad beats Fury, and not with a shizzle decision by the judges, I mean really wins the fight, he has my respect which along wth train fare will get you on the subway. I might have to admit to Elroy I was wrong about Vlad and that he can at least beat a decent young lion with real skills.

What I meant buy a "guy like Fury", isn't just the genetic side of things but rather, like you alluded to, dedication, life style etc. But anyway, comparing him to Pratt isn't right, Fury is so much bigger, so much more fat to move lol
