There's been other better fights overall and better KOs (usually predictable KOs), but for that one short span in time where Jacobs and Mora traded KDs, I reached peak adrenaline, which is the main reason I watch boxing. Nothing else so far this year has matched it, which is sad. Am I alone in this? Did I miss anything else noteworthy this year?

Popped a woody when Mora collapsed under his own weight and had to quit due to an injury. That level of drama is what this sport is all about.

I literally laughed out loud when it happened more the most comedic moment of the year but I'd have to thinkComment

Hell yeah that was unexpected. The idea of Mora showing he can hurt the other guy changes everything about the prospects of that fight - i knew his knee was an issue, but damn I wish his leg could have held up longer. obviously Jacobs was the harder hitter and but Mora was freezing him with some of his movement, leaving jacobs standing tall and open, he was gonna get some more chances. pirog and mora move similarly and have similar body types ****. Pirog visions=no rematchLast edited by LA_2_Vegas; 08-01-2015, 11:41 PM.Comment

I agree with all of this. The mixture of unexpectedness, embarrassment, and hilarity all made it great.Comment
