I hope so, but as I much as I respect his skills Ward can just hardly put on a entertaining show. They need to match him up well with a guy who'll push the tempo and make Ward counter and fight back. Canelo-Cotto is pure mayhem, have to have a decent co main event with action.

Canelo got big living off of Floyd undercards, I don't see the problem here. Yeah, he's (Ward) obviously has been in the game longer but he had a terrible promoter. I don't get how you can complain about good fighters being on the undercard as opposed to just prospects. It won't be a tough fight, but hell it's great exposure.

GGG vs Lemieux should be on the undercard if the winners are really fighting each other. That is how a PPV should be stacked, not like Mayweathers or Manny's.

That's not true. Ward was the only fighter who didn't have to travel during the super 6 tournament, got paid over 2 mil to fight Rodriguez. If Ward is not well known, it wasn't his promoter's fault. You can't make someone with zero personality and dirty/boring fighting style (endless headbutts, clinches) liked.Ward's only problem was/is Ward.
