So Ward fans wanted to argue Golovkin wasn't an A-side. One guy's headlining his own ppv the other is filling in as a beer brake on another. Looks like RN doesn't want to take another $2mill loss with abysmal tv ratings putting on another Ward show.

      Porky Medina is about to fight an eliminator with Golovkin's sparring partner - Julius Jackson. I think Ward might actually defend his WBA title for the first time in a few years vs one of these guys;

      6. Patrick Nielsen
      7. Vincent Feigenbutz
      8. Mauricio Reynoso
      12. Hadillah Mohoumadi
      13. Frank Buglioni
      14. Rocky Fielding
      15. Isaac Ekpo

Of course, to bait him into the fight. He has been ducking Gennady like the low life coward that he is. Gennady is doing everything possible to convince him to get in a ring with him.

Reynoso still ranked? That's the guy who lost to Feigenbutz yea?
Also Feigenbutz is out, waiting for a Chudinov fight, Frank is out too for taht same reason. Don't think Hearn will risk Fielding.......so yea

I was gonna say not really cause he's still half white but I forgot it has worked for Garcia somewhat who is lighter than Ward.

            You might have a point.

I don't like Ward, but if it's a decent opponent I won't mind. I honestly can't believe it took him so long to take out Smith.

Isn't Chudinov waiting to rematch Sturm? Maybe the WBA will put Steiglitz into their rankings soon.

So you're admitting that Ward wants no part of Kovalev? Same thing. Personally if they want to stay in their division, it's their right.

Ward hasn't always looked good. A lot of his fights were snoozers. If he does in fact fight on the undercard, he better attack because he could bring in some new fans.

I don't get how you can complain about good fighters being on the undercard as opposed to just prospects. It won't be a tough fight, but hell it's great exposure.

GGG vs Lemieux should be on the undercard if the winners are really fighting each other. That is how a PPV should be stacked, not like Mayweathers or Manny's.
                      Or Cotto's undercards.
