If the man gives up the drugs and liquor, eats right, keeps in shape like a haggler/Floyd/bhop and practices his craft he still has a chance.
I doubt he can do it but anyone can change if they work hard enough.

Chino wasn't even a big dog at +400, maybe you're thinking of Paulie (+800), or Gavin Rees (+2000).

I think broner can win if he fights like that 12th round vs porter and catch ruslan moving in slow but, I hope not and The Siberian brutalizes him every round while it lasts !!!

This is kind of the type Broner needs to be taken seriously and try to get things back on track. Not that Provodnikov is great, but he's a puncher and a very tough fighter like Maidana is.
Just because he lost to Porter there's no reason why he should drop back down to fighting the likes of John Molina or Carlos Molina, he's already shown he's beyond that level, he's just not top level or elite but guys like Provodnikov are the guys he should be facing right now and if he can't get through them, then he should think about moving down.
I do think he can mix it with that level of fighter and he'll win some and lose some. He's just not elite, no shame in that.
