If Khan beat anybody for any WW title and that fight comes up they will take it. He is right in saying that he would not had gotten a rematch if he would had lost. The trick into making more money for the fight is to say that you would never fight the guy when they want to fight you

Yes but we know that Angel is the voice and leader in that camp. If Angel says no Khan rematch, then there will be no rematch, even if Garcia claims he would in an interview.

Angel doesn't want it but Danny doesn't mind. Another interview Danny says Khan is the star and that's where the money is so if it makes sense he has no problem, DSG has never turned down a fight he just fights who they offer him...even if it is Rod Salka.
