I see Jacobs fighting Golovkin first Quillin seems scared of Golovkin or anyone plus Pirog vs Golovkin would of been massive because I felt the head movement power and accuracy of Pirog would be tough to break down but I wish he came back to fight one or two fights

Before i looked forward to seeing quitlin fight despite the fact that he was openly ducking golovkin and spewing horse**** out of his mouth left and right, but now that hes missed weight and vacated his title, and has shown that hes not really any good, i have zero interest in his fights.

Right. That's why I never do backflips over fights that are supposed to happen. Like Garcia vs Peterson, people like to point to that as some great fight we were given. Nah, that fight was a year at least overdue and a fight that should have happened regardless, what I'm supposed to feel overjoyed we got a decent fight? Pfffft

Has it even been built up.... i feel like they're always mentioned in passing with each other. GGG gets mentioned more to either guy than they do to each other

Not really. It's like Garcia/Peterson or Santa Cruz/Mares, where they seem to think there's this demand for it that doesn't really exist. So hey, the longer we put it off the more demand builds! Except this is even worse because at least people cared about seeing Garcia/Peterson to some extent and think Santa Cruz/Mares is a good fight to watch. No one cares about whether Jacobs and Quillin fight.

Jacobs vs. Quillin is more likely than Golovkin vs. either of them.

PBC is not going to HBO and Golovkin will not leave HBO.

eh, Jacobs & Quillin fight...not really interested, both are decent athletes who lack elite boxing skills. Both are below GGG. I dont even see those two beating Canelo when he finally moves up.

I LOL every time I see Danny mentioned as a champion. beach please LOL

Not many main event fights that are rated 5-stars or so live up to their potential unless you know ahead of time...for example, we knew that Matthysse-Provodnikov would be good, and it lived up to the hype. The Morales-Barrera fights and Pac-Marquez fights had that feeling as well.

Garcia-Peterson wasn't that good because of the styles of those two fighters.

Oh no, I wasn't commentating on the quality of the fight (I actually enjoyed the fight), I'm just talking specifically about people praising the fights that should have happened. It's like we're at the point now we get thrown a little bone and are supposed to go all crazy like it's the greatest meal ever, but in reality we should be getting these bones consistently, not once in a blue moon.
