I'm surprised nobody mentioned Mosley. Or did I miss a memo about his retirement?

Bradley. It's looking like he will fight Sadam Ali next in Dubai or something like that. Should he win, that'll be like the 5th 0 that he will have taken from a highly ranked opponent. Dude has a very good list of names on there.

Pac (questionable but it's on paper)
      JMM
      Peterson
      Abregu
      Alexander
      Casamayor
      Campbell
      Providnikov
      Vargas
      Chaves
      Holt
      Witter
      Vazquez
      Cherry

      ---------------------------------------
Potentially Ali and Rios should he fight and beat both guys.

Cotto Should be here, have fought 8 undefeated guys and beat 6 of em, have move up 4 divisions and grab all 4 belts by KO, has fought 18 champs or former champs, He's definitely top 5.

Bradley was given a gift in the first PAC fight, he fought a close and debatable one against Marquez, arguably should have been stopped by Ruslan, fought to a draw with Chaves, and should have a no contest against Vargas.

His resume is a solid list of fighters but a handful of very questionable and debatable outcomes

A gift decision from pacman, everyone can agree. But I counted a gift decision in Marquez 3.

A war in the Provodnikov fight which both fighters showed courage, but Bradley out boxed him 9-12 or 8-12. Either way both got huge amount of respect.

Damn near every boxer has a close fight in thier career period. And the Vargas this is a joke, if Provodnikov couldn't put Bradley away with a lot more time... Vargas sure the hell isn't.

Bradley does have possibly one of the best resumes. In my opinion on of the biggest hearts and shows more courage than both Mayweather and Pacquiao

People saying Ward Or Cotto, without breathing or having the first thought of Hopkins are down right gullible. Hopkins resume is better than Floyds even with the loses compared to Cotto and Ward(as of now).

Cotto is a KO loss away from retirement which is looking like it is coming soon. His best wins are against past prime or B level fighters (contenders or journeymen) and lost every big opportunity (Mayweather/Pac) with loses no one expected (Margarito/Trout) to mediocre fighters. In that view Donaire has a better resume than Cotto.

Ward has been to inactive and best wins are from 5 years ago! Also 5 (2 possibly HOF fighters) doesn't equate to Hopkins.
