Have you read the full report by UKAD I wonder?
You were the one who posted "Lol Price is still trash" or something along those lines as if it was at all relevant to Thompson failing a drug test. I don't think you're in any position to judge.

Have you read the report Humean posted earlier?
The Tribunal recommended the contest be changed to NC:
the Athlete's results at the Competition are automatically disqualified in accordance with Article 9.1 of the Anti-Doping Rules, and any prize money obtained by the Athlete in the Competition is forfeited in accordance with Article 9.3 of the Anti Doping Rules.
This was also in there:
Mr Thompson failed to discharge his "Core Responsibility" duties, particularly in relation to Article 1.3.1(b)(ii) above. He was obliged to ensure that his use of hydrochlorothiazide did not infringe the Anti-Doping Rules, yet he did not discuss the use of his medication with anyone, or take any steps to ensure that he competed without having a prohibited substance in his system. These failures constituted a complete lack of care to ensure that his medication was free of prohibited substances.
(3) Mr Thompson did not make enquiries of his doctors or medical advisors as to the compatibility of his medication with the Anti-Doping Rules or anti-doping rules generally, even though he could easily have done so.
(4) Despite the availability of a retroactive TUE as a complete defence, Mr Thompson failed to cooperate with the TUE application process, notwithstanding that UKAD provided him with extensive assistance.
38. UKAD also pointed out that in November 2013, the Austrian Boxing Federation ("the ABF") imposed a 12 month ban on Mr Thompson for the presence of hydrochlorothiazide in a sample he provided after a bout on 24 August 2013 – three weeks after he was first contacted by UKAD regarding the present case. UKAD argued that this underscored Mr Thompson's "complete disregard" for anti-doping regulations.
39. UKAD submitted that in light of his high degree of fault and the need to send out a deterrent message, Mr Thompson should not be eligible for any reduction in his period of ineligibility.
Hardly sounds like Thompson was cooperative does it?
Is he really that dumb that he forgot to submit a TUE twice, once even after he already been caught?
And then didnt bother to fully complete a retrospective TUE form or fully comply with the authorities who were accusing him of career damaging drug use?
Still sounds extremely sketchy to me.
Hopefully it was just Thompson being irresponsible and dumb rather than him actually having used PED's
Lets be clear here, Thompson did not win his appeal against the ban. He had it reduced from 2 years to 18 months.
Judging by the report this will have cost him a significant amount of money (earnings forfeit and both parties were ordered to pay their own court costs), yet he still didnt provide the proper evidence to get himself off the hook or even fully complete the relevant TUE form that he was given a chance to submit after the fact.
