The answer is no one. I think it's very possible for Santa Cruz to win a title at 140 one day. Not any time soon but one day it could very well happen. He's not even prime yet IMO.

But Santa Cruz isn't the caliber of fighter of duran and pacquiao.

I think Leo is capable of great things but his management had him idling with shyt opponents and is now throttling him up to 150mph with Mares. Wish they would have challenged him more because I don't see his career playing out well after he smashes into this brick wall.
