World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman has no issue with Floyd Mayweather Jr. defending his WBC welterweight title against Andre Berto on September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Berto is a former WBC welterweight champion and Sulaiman thinks he is capable of presenting a dangerous challenge to Mayweather's undefeated record.

The fight has not officially been announced, but many are stating that Berto is the frontrunner being considered and the bout would head to Showtime Pay-Per-View.

I still don't get it. What about Bradley he deserves the shot more than Berto. When has Berto last faced a top contender? He never even faced Marquez or Pacquiao. I don't understand it makes no sense.
