Was Pacquiao faded against Rios/Algieri ? .. Why is he only "faded" against 38 year old Floyd ? .. Pacquiao is just as fundamentally sound as Cotto, he gets no credit for this because his offense is so explosive. Kinda like Kovalev who people view as just power puncher when in fact he's very slick and unpredictable.

If Khan fought Mayweather's resume, he'd be lucky not to have 5 losses. Castillo kicks his ass, Hatton kicks his ass, Mosley knocks him out, Pac knocks him out, Cotto destroys him, Marquez would be interesting and another potential loss, Ortiz might have beat him, Guerrero might have beat him...

Maybe he'd be lucky to walk away with like 6 or 7 losses, and that's just Mayweather's resume around 140 and 147. Imagine if we talk p4p and bring Mayweather's 130 run into this.
