You might not care but. Right now latinos make up the biggest percent of boxing fans. There is a reason why Mayweather fights exclusively on Mexican holidays. Golden Boy locking up a deal to deliver directly to that fanbase especially when the majority of Golden Boy's blue chip prospects are latino. And there will always be a percent of hardcore boxing fans that just want to watch fights and will watch regardless if it's not in English. Case point the Herrera Lundy fight on HBO Latino. Tons of people talked about and covered this fight who don't speak spanish.

Golden Boy is smart. With it's success in Fox Deportes, HBO Latino and now with this signing they are hammering the Mexican and Latino market. They are also signing up a ton of young latino prospects, especially the mexican and california based ones. This is just the latest vehicle to get them exposure. Because of that ground work when those fighters graduate to full time HBO or other networks for big fights they have an established fanbase.

never heard of it either but it's been for almost 6 years,as long as it's boxing i'm watching,two cards a month for that long is good,
