These are exactly my thoughts. Both hit hard, GGG is the better boxer and in addition, seems to have a better chin. I have to go with GGG but I recon, the outcome could be different!

Lemieux's power is the intrigue of this fight. How will GGG deal with someone who can really punch? If Lemieux can find his way inside I suspect it'll be a shootout.

I saw only N'dam fight and this maybe not enough to judge Lemieux, but he didn't strike me as a fighter who enjoys inside fighting or particularly comfortable there. He is just shooting from the hip with his power punches. In order for these punches to be the most effective he needs some room himself. His punches are very powerful but a bit telegraphed... But he is fast. If he connects with such power flush, I dunno if the very best chin will hold up. GGG will have to make him miss and counter. Taking these swings on the guard maybe not the best idea...

I think you're referring to the heavy breathing in the corner. But this is just a technique to increase lung ventilation. He does it deliberately. Does not mean he was gassed.

Im happy i was calling for this fight for a while now and it finally comes true. David lemiuex is going to test ggg chin, i said either lemiux or kid chocalate will test ggg. But david is more aggressive and brave while kid chocolate mainly tries to land a sneak hard power shot and doesnt throw much after.

But david and kid choc are harder sluggers than ggg. They have real heavy hands. I hope they do a 247 and have david and ggg on espn firstake. This fight is a true firefight, if it turns out competitive and good they can have a rematch, its a casual fan fight that will satisfy the action

lol @ people who claim that Lemieux is a **** opponent because he was knocked out by Rubio who was knocked out by GGG. This would be a lot like saying that Mayweather/Pacquiao was a bad fight because Mayweather already dismantled Marquez who had KO6'd Pac.

Lemieux has been looking better, had a solid win in his fight over N'Dam. He's no A-level opponent maybe, but he's still a good opponent and it's a fight many are looking forward to.

I think GGG wins this fight. And if Lemiuex wins big props to him.

But can't wait to see NSB posters about GGG getting "exposed" in this fight and how their fav fighter will school GGG.

Although it will be interesting to see Golovkin face on the canvas, that will shock everybody.

Lemieux has yet to prove how strong his will is. We'll see what happens once GGG starts landing his thumping jab and Lemieux starts panicking because his offense isn't flowing.
