Locche didn't fight anyone who has the speed, power or explosivness that Pacquaio has in his arsenal.

The only guy he fought in general who was on Pacquaio's level was Carlos Ortiz who was of course a completely different fighter to Pacquaio. And of course Ortiz beat Locche (by most accounts)

Pacquaio at 140 lbs would beat the hell out of him, he'd have no respect for his power and Locche being flat footed and standing infront of Pacquaio bobbing and weaving wouldn't work, when he lays against the ropes trying to pick of counters Pacquaio would do some serious serious damage.

Can't see any way it would go 12.

I guess I see Locche being able to disrupt Pacquiao's rhythm enough with feints and counters that Pac would find in difficult to just walk in and get the finish like that. Its a difficult style for Pac, he doesnt deal as well with guys who force him to think about what he's doing.

      Clear UD for Pac imo

Locche was a very intelligent and versatile fighter, all those saying pacquiao by stoppage etc may not have seen him fight often enough or aren't giving Locche enough credit. Having said that, I believe if Pacquiao had stayed at 140, a much better weight for his frame, he'd be considered the greatest 140 pounder of all time. So that's a tough ask, beating someone as skilled, versatile and explosive as the little dynamite of Pacquiao but Locche would frustrate him.

Pacquiao in an ugly fight, UD or late KO.

You make some good points. I disagree with a stoppage, but good post.

I think I've seen some vids of Locche getting cut and Pacquiao throws punches in a slice and dice kidna way, he could really cut up Locche.

Lets not be silly here, Locche was a defensive wizard but he was not impossible to outbox.

I think Pacs window of opportunity would begin to close in the mid rounds, he is fast, powerful, and explosive, but doesn't have a very high ring IQ for an "elite" fighter, he could certainly cut Locche, and even stop him, but if he doesn't Locche would adjust and make him miss more and more, Pac isn't very good at adjusting, so if he doesn't stop Locche early I could see him getting extremely frustrated with him.
