daggum is an equal opportunity hater.

Race and nationality has nothing to do with it.

I'll be looking for you to bet with about how long the fight lasts once it's signed, King. Also BarstoolChamp and a few others.
Similar to how Floyd made the first Maidana fight "more entertaining" on purpose?

I really don't see why he wouldn't go 12. He's a different type of fighter. He doesn't need to ko killa kov to win. He brings other variables and intangibles to the table. Can he lose? Of course. But he can also outbox, frustrate and win on points if he's on. This is why this potential fight is pivotal to make. Once Kovalev is done with his September fight, I wouldn't mind discussions starting for a clash against ward

Dre leaves his chin up when he throws. He's no Hopkins as far as defense is concerned. Some free education, if it's too much of a struggle to read.

It's clear a small percentage of you even know about the ins and outs of boxing .. Ward will technically pick him apart for 12 rounds if he is on his program , that boy has been almost perfect since 12 .. I highly doubt he makes a "Boone" mistake with kovalev at this point .. Ward takes the fight 8 rounds to 4

I favor kov. I don't see how ward outboxing kovalev from the outside meaning ward will have to get inside to win and to get inside he will have enter kovalev's firing range. Kovalev is excellent at moving his feet and he will also probably throw ward to the ground if he keeps clinching.

kovalev's length and footwork will give ward major problems.

Ward would def try to make it ugly, a lot of illegal holding and sneaky head butts.

But kov is bigger and stronger, and can out his punches together, I think he really hurt Ward.

                    • Even if he was losing, Ward would survive 12 if he had to. He wouldn't let himself be knocked out, I don't think.

That being said, using Hopkins as proof is not a good example. Kovalev took it really easy on Hopkins until that last round, when Hopkins ran his mouth and Kovalev damn near killed him. The old guy would have gotten krushed if he did that earlier in the fight.
