I'm not waving a white flag. I just don't get where you've taken this conversation to.
You tried to somehow play the race card (against a half-black fighter lol) and claim Brook as being some British favourite whilst at the same time saying he isn't a big name who doesn't get big money. You're tangled in your own web of contradictions.
You've completely lost the plot.Comment

If Kell Brook's next fight is Van Heerden or Bundu..i will lose a lot of respect for him as will alot of boxing fans. That will be three walk over fights in a row and as a champion he needs to start getting involved in 50/50 fights like Bradley, Maidana, Thurman etc. He isn't getting any younger and Eddie hearn needs to pull his finger out and promote the biggest star on his roster.Comment

If Brook does fight Chris Van Heerden, I'll be disappointed.
Until then, I'll just take it as Khan talking completely out of his arse.Comment

- and half? Anyways, I was responding to your "stock plummeting" remark.I'm not waving a white flag. I just don't get where you've taken this conversation to.

-Kell is a big name, but Khan is bigger between the two both in UK/World.
-Similarly being known on a wider scale & being paid handsomely are mutually exclusive. Some guys own their own promotion and deal with networks directly like Sturm, yet many may not know him (casual).
- Being a favorite and being big name are also mutually exclusive. Khan is a big name, but not a favorite necessarily. Also underdogs become favorite cuz they're underdogs as another example.
-Brook isn't getting big $ at least based on Porter, but again M.Hatton fight was bigger, but even that would be how much? That is why it is wise to wait till next summer and make it bigger. I mean it is still big, but not the Amir Khan money.
- I just asked purse figures for Hatton-Senchenko. Not a hard question. This is your ploy of becoming pedantic and play the "huh? wah? who?" routine when you feel like bailing out. Shouldn't have brought in Brook to begin with.Last edited by Box-Office; 07-25-2015, 03:59 PM.Comment

Why would I know or care what the purse figures for Hatton-Senchenko were? What does that have to do with anything?- and half? Anyways, I was responding to your "stock plummeting" remark.

You've gone so far off the rails that I literally don't know what you're on about.
Khan's stock is plummeting and another loss won't help. He won't be able to command the type of purse he is being offered if he gets his clock cleaned again.Comment
