Everyone is taking the Ward-Klitschko and Ward-Mayweather comments out of context. There isnt a fighter out there that doesnt want a piece of Mayweather, hell BHOP wanted to come down from 175 to fight him. Ward made the comment and has since backed off saying realistically it aint happening. Meanwhile you see GGG and his team mention Mayweather thousands of times

What u GGG fans need to realize is that their actually in the EXACT same predicament . Ward can negotiate a GGG , Degale or Kovalev fight . GGG can also ONLY negotiate WARD or Lemeuix next . Cotto WON'T fight him and Canelo wants to wait a while . outside of that , they can both only fight tomato's next . Sanchez knows this but will continue to pretend like GGG's options r so wide open . It seems to be Team Golovkin who are constantly mentioning Ward.

His promoter, his trainer and the man himself have all come out this week talking about Ward when they are in deep conversation with another fighter.

I don't see the evidence that the size difference between Golovkin/Ward is bigger than Ward/Kovalev.

As his trainer he knows his fighter more than anyone and at the time the video was recorded (December 2014) he says Ward isnt ready for LHW. Then on the flipside you have GGG and his team who talk trash about Ward and pursue other fights at 168 but have no interest in fighting Ward. He says he wont do anything like that with Ward where he goes up to fight Pascal, etc but avoid Kovalev.

Since the video was out: From what we've been told there have been discussions for Kovalev-Ward fight

Just stop, it's over, you guys lose. Ward last fight was 172, Kovalev's last fight was 175, GGG's last fight was 160 and Ward is the one who needs a tune up to fight Kovalev.
